Differentiated emulsifier based on the Double Gel Network technology that provides structuring of lipid and aqueous phases. Enables the reduction of ingredients and supports up to 30% load. Stabilizes sunscreens. Provides versatility in creating viscous, fluid textures in addition to ensuring lightweight, rich velvety feel. Can be used as the primary or secondary emulsifier or to modify viscosity in cold or hot processes.
