Differentiated emulsifier based on Double Gel Network technology that provides structuring of lipid and aqueous phases. Enables the reduction of ingredients and supports up to 30% load. Stabilizes sunscreens. Provides versatility in creating viscous or fluid textures in addition to ensuring a light, rich, velvety feel. Can be used as the primary or secondary emulsifier or to modify viscosity in cold or hot processes. Does not contain mineral oil.
